Q: Have trial skis been ridden previously?
A: Depending on availability, demo skis may be new, cosmetic blems or previously ridden. All demo skis are inspected before shipment and upon return to ensure you only get the best.
Q: What is a Cosmetic Blem?
A: A Cosmetic Blem is a ski that has a blemish in the graphic, but otherwise meets all production specifications.
Q: What if I want the ski sooner?
A: All shipments are sent via Ground. Express Shipping is available at an additional charge.
Q: Can I trial a ski outside the Continental United States?
A: The Trial Program is for continental United States customers only.
Q: Can I trial bindings?
A: We feel skis are best tested with a skier’s current bindings.
Q: Do I need to be home to receive the shipment?
A: The shipment will be sent out signature required; so, someone must sign for the delivery.
Q: What happens if the ski is damaged during use?
A: Send the ski back to us and we work with you to determine the best course of action.
