EASY as 1 – 2 – 3

1) Select the model ski and size. We will ship directly to you.

We will work with you to ensure that you have the correct size and fit.
Try a single ski or two slaloms together for side by side comparison.

2) Ride the ski for up to 3 weeks.

We will follow up during the trial to make sure your ski is performing as desired.
You may contact us anytime during the trial to answer questions and help dial in your ski.

3) Decide to Purchase or Return.

a) Purchase: If you decide to purchase the ski(s), you will be charged the Purchase Price of the ski(s) AND the temporary** hold amount will be applied towards the Purchase Price.

b) Return: If you decide to return the ski(s), you will be charged the Trial Fee amount of either $70 for one (1) ski or $100 for two (2) skis. The amount will be charged against the temporary** hold and the balance of the temporary hold will be released back to your card.
Re-package the ski(s) in the original box using the plastic bag and bubble wrap (include all parts). Attach the return label to the box that was included with the original shipment.

**Temporary Hold Amount
A pre-authorization charge is a "temporary" hold of funds on your credit card and is NOT an actual charge.
This hold will either be release or converted into a charge once you have decided to either purchase or return the ski(s).
The "temporary" hold amount on your charge card will be $700 for one (1) ski or $1360 for two (2) skis.
